You have to open up your computer and find the component just like the picture above and remove it from the computer case.Plug the AC cable to the power supply then you have to get a paper clip or wire ,and short the Green wire and the Black wire from the power supply just like the picture below.
Make sure that the connection is good.

friend said that i have to open the computer and apply more thermal
compound to the processor. so i open up my computer .and apply thermal
paste on the processor just lije the picture above.then my computer
works fine as of now.The reason is that the processor and videocard eats up more power, more power the more heat gained.
